Dirty Frank's is a Philadelphia institution. Super cool bar with a local welcoming feel and Off The Wall Gallery make it a joy to visit. I always appreciate the comfortable atmosphere that Dirty Frank's has created. It's truly a gem in the City of Brotherly Love.

Kudos to the owner for raising the age to enter the bar. If you wouldn’t invite a punk into your home, why do you have to admit him to your bar? Keeping Dirty Frank’s Classy!

This place is a gem! Such a blast. The decor is eclectic and the local art very much appreciated. They support their local community, support them back! Remember to bring cash!

Fantastic atmosphere. Darts and excellent decorations. Cash only. I visit every time I do nightlife in Philly. Could maybe use one more bartender for certain rushes, but other than that, great. I dropped a dart through my foot here once and I’d still go back.

Sometimes you walk in and you instantly know that it's your place. Loved everything about DF, especially Gail. Best local place I've been to in the city. 🇯🇲❤️

me and my friend are not from philly. last night we were stranded and walked into this little hole in the wall and captain who works there helped me and my friend so much. He was such a kind man. Charged our phones and helped with anything he could. I’m super grateful for his help. Amazing atmosphere.

A FAVORITE Dive bar, per se, with references to ALL the "Franks" out there. Even my dad's name was Franklin. In fact, I wound up living above the bar, directly, in Pine View apartments...right above the back entrance on 13th Street. Met up with friends a few times back then, particularly during local elections. It's a hot spot for locals and their visiting friends. A MUST- SEE

What’s there to say about Dirty Franks.? is it cash only? Yes. Are the bartenders efficient even during busy times? Yes. The staff is great. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful. There are all types of folks that show up and you can pick up a dart game or just sit and have a beverage with your friends. The washroom is as you expect. They have a special that will absolutely knock you out. Or you can just have a Hamms for two dollars. A wonderful spot.

Glad we were able to pop in here! Cool, laid-back vibes, great service, regular patrons, local art displayed and for sale. I think I saw some chip bags for sale but otherwise I don't think there's food. Still, good beverage variety and great environment!
